In 1994, Roy Staub (USAF Ret.) founded Patriot Personnel Services. He built the company on strong values, high standards, and an unwavering commitment to service. After 31 years of dedication to the St. Louis Region, Roy retired and handed the company over to a long-time employee.
Matt Stawizynski joined the company in 2000, gaining hands-on experience in every aspect of the staffing industry from recruiting to office management to sales. His vast knowledge of the industry led him to assume the role of President and Owner. With over two decades of hands-on experience, Matt continues to uphold the standards Patriot Personnel was built upon while guiding the company forward into a new era.
